NASCOSTO

Loggia Rucellai, an Italian Renaissance Logia, builded by  Giovanni di Paolo Rucellai in the 1460s  for his son Bernardo that was marrying Nannina de Medici (daughter of Cosimo) intended as a place for celebrations, now and used as a shop. This is the location of the project; a sculpture museum. I used as my concept of design ACTION=REACTION (equal and opposite) using a simetrical grid to distribute the spaces. I called "Nascosto" in Italian "Hidden", because I wanted to keep a little bit of mystery of what´s inside the museum; at first glimpse you see only shadows, and the design invites you to discover what´s inside.
